We have recently made some changes to the way registration works. The main reason is to eliminate automated sign-ups and ensure that all our registered activated members are real human beings.
When you sign up (register as a member) you still cannot post messages, reply, view full-size images, or follow links. To do all that, your membership must be activated.
When you register, you will be asked to send email from your member address to the Forum Administrator. When he’s convinced that you are a real human being, you will be activated and gain full access to the Forum. If possible, you should "whitelist" forumbondage.com and convolvulus.net in your email system to reduce the chance of our messages to you being caught in spam filters.
If your account remains unactivated after a short period - currently 3 days - your membership will automatically be deleted. If you are a real human being, please sign up again or send email to admin as described above and we'll sort it out.
This system is not designed to make life difficult for you, its main purpose is to ensure that we have a member list full of genuine bondage enthusiasts and enquirers, not spambots with possibly malicious purposes. It is, in the end, for all our protection.
Having got all that out of the way, we hope you will enjoy exploring our Forum, find plenty to interest you, and maybe join in the conversations and ask some questions or become a contributor. There is a huge amount of knowledge and skill and experience available here!
