The Shopping Cart part of our online shop ConSHOPulus has needed some work for a while now and it developed a few problems just before Christmas, so we've temporarily taken it offline for a major overhaul.

When it comes back - which shouldn't be too far into the New Year - it will have some new content, possibly one or two new payment options, and a whole new section...

We'll be adding downloads of all the videos in a high-quality format for mobile phones and similar devices. 320x240, approx 500kbps, and mp4 format. I've got 40 or so of them on my Nokia touchscreen phone, and they look great. Unlike the old PREMIUM low-res videos, these will be exactly the same as the ELITE vids in content and running time. Price isn't finally decided yet, but I'm thinking of a flat rate of 2 GBP per video irrespective of length, with .zip files of 5 vids at a time going at a big discount, something like 50% i.e. 5 GBP per set of five.

Hope you think this is as exciting a development as I think it is!

Pleased to say that Vicky, the dance-student model who filled in for us at very short notice recently and who had her first taste of bondage modeling for tutorial videos and photos, has decided she wants to do a full shoot for Convolvulus. Having seen something of her flexibility and willingness to try new things, I'm rather looking forward to it...

April updates on the members' paysite:

We've had the builders in at Convolvulus Towers and because of various unexpected problems, work that was planned to finish before the end of March is now going to go on until the middle of April at the least. It's been a chaotic few weeks, and I'm constantly being called away from what I'm trying to do in order to make decisions, sort out problems, throw some paint at something, drive off to return some wrong bits or buy some new ones. And electricians keep turning the power off, which doesn't make things any easier. And since yesterday, trying to have a shower has the same effect...

On top of that I've had workshop sessions to prepare for the London Festival of the Art of Japanese Bondage (was there today with Jade for a masterclass with Kinoko Hajime), and we have a long-planned few days away in Budapest just after Easter.

So I'm afraid it just hasn't been possible to get the 2nd April update done, and I can't see much chance of the next one (9th) being ready either, as I'll be doing tourist stuff in Hungary instead!

This month I'm aiming at a monster update with a couple of extras on the 16th, or at worst on the 23rd. That will make up all the missed updates and a little more, and then we should be back on the usual schedule.

I don't like having to do this, as I take some pride in our good record of getting updates out on time. I'm sorry that we now have to break that record but I hope that our members will understand and allow us a bit of flexibility. We value the support of our members greatly - well, without them we couldn't keep going - and we will make it up to them.
